The Hemingway Daiquiri

Ernest Hemingway, affectionately known as Papa, winner of the Nobel Prize, and author of many classic books, spent his final years in Ketchum, Idaho. He could often be found at the bar inside The Sawtooth Club, where he enjoyed this daiquiri.

2 oz white rum

.75 oz fresh lime juice

.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice

.5 oz luxardo liqueur

lime wheel for garnish
